Our processing pipeline provides extensible modules for video enhancement, automatic cell segmentation, and feature tracking specifically to address the needs of scientists studying neurons and glia.

Welcome to the home page of the Neuroglia Image Toolkit. This project is led by Scott Acton, Gustavo Rohde, and Daniel Weller, in the Charles L. Brown Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Department of Biomedical Engineering, at the University of Virginia. More information about this project will be coming soon!
