My name is Catherine Addington, and I am a PhD student in Spanish at the University of Virginia. I study Catholic writing in the early modern Spanish empire, and I teach literary translation from Spanish to English. My work in digital humanities (DH) spans both aspects of my scholarly output, focusing mainly on remediated editions and digital pedagogy.
This website presents a portfolio of digital-humanities research, teaching, and community engagement collected in fulfillment of the DH@UVa Graduate Certificate. A guide to navigating this work can be found in my dossier here.
