On November 21, 2011 a fix was put into place for the display of budget category lines where the planned expenses net to zero. This had the unintended consequence of moving 774 project/award combinations from the status “No Activity” to “Not Prepared.” Please review your accounts listed for October to see if they have increased. If you have any of the additional accounts the most common issues and suggested resolutions are:
- Old manual encumbrances that net to zero. We are still determining a long-term solution. Please report any of these Projects so that we may change the Preparer/Approver assignments to our accountants until the solution is put in place. Please be aware that this activity will continue to be presented each month on Recon@UVa until that solution is in place.
