We are parents and teachers. We are doctors, nurses, health workers and dietitians. We are coaches, researchers, government officials and nonprofit leaders. And we are all working to prevent and reduce obesity in our community.
Our group has been working together in the Charlottesville & Albemarle community for 12 years, under the names Childhood Obesity Taskforce and Community Obesity Taskforce. To read more, visit our history and accomplishments pages.
